Omer is the only settlement in the country to offer a perfect arrangement for residents who have reached their golden years. "Omer's Gardens" was founded through the initiative of senior residents. "Omer's Gardens" is a neighborhood unique in its kind, which contains more than 200 one-story residences, hosting residents of age 55 plus. The construction is of high quality and the houses are surrounded by well kept public gardens designed to meet the needs of the elder population.
The unique features of the place attract to it senior citizens from all over the country.

To fulfill all needs
All of Omer's Gardens services have been designed to fit the needs of its specific population; it contains two halls for social and cultural meetings, a clinic, a library, a beauty parlor, leisure and hobbies classes, a restaurant and a swimming pool.
The various activities organized in the context of Omer's Gardens include the teaching of hobbies, cultural activities, lectures, movies and concerts, to group singing events, shows, Saturday activities, trips and more.
 

The neighborhood constitutes an integral part of the settlement, but is equipped with special security systems. Postal and banking services are available and the local restaurant can be enjoyed at token "prices".

A high level assistance clinic and a branch of Kupat Holim Macabi are also active in Omer's Gardens.
